More about Komal (OFFICIAL BIO)

Komal Minhas is an angel investor and creator of kaur. space, a digital magazine and online community focused on work, wellness, and impact. During that time, she realized that the integration of wellness into everyday life and work is critical for our overall success as individuals, teams, and societies.

Komal is a proud early investor in the Canadian company HEXO and the female-led VC fund, The Helm Co, based in New York City.

In 2016, Komal produced and funded the feature documentary Dream, Girl, which tells the stories of ambitious and inspiring female entrepreneurs. The film screened for tens of thousands worldwide after premiering at the Obama White House. Through her work building the Dream, Girl movement, Komal was chosen for Oprah’s #SuperSoul100, a group featuring extraordinary individuals who live life intentionally.

Komal has previously spoken at the White House, Cannes International Film Festival, Harvard University, Vayner Media, Ann Inc., TiE New York, the Jeanne Sauve Foundation, HP, WeWork, and more. Komal shares about her life and businesses on Instagram (@komalminhas).
